It is owned by the passionate restaurateur, Margarita Araneta Fores, who began her food-related ventures with Cibo. Driven by her love for food, Fores builds her restaurants upon the philosophy of traveling and immersing herself in the world’s best flavors, and recreating them here in Manila.
“Lusso” is the Italian word for luxury. We were intrigued by the restaurant name’s promise of an extravagant dining experience, so we decided to see if it truly is the definition of gastronomic luxury.
